    I am thinking of selling http://www.ismip5.com as I am due to become a father in the next couple of weeks and will not have the time that I wanted to progress the directory any further.

    The site is running of a paid version of PHP LD 3.2 and the license will come with the domain. I bought this directory a couple of months ago and have paid for links to the directory as well as submitting it to various other free directorys.

    The domain has been around for a while but has been used as a directory for the last 5 months.

    Revenue wise I have made $30 for paid featured links, these links must stay up for a year !!

    Traffic wise I have been receiving an average of 100 visitors a day to the site, I installed google analytics on the 6th June so any other traffic related questions please feel free to ask.

    On average I receive 70 submissions to the directory every day.

    There are currently 1538 active links.
    There are currently 655 pending links to be approved.

    The site has a valid google PR4 homepage, with some of the category pages having PR as well. It has been well advertised on sitepoint and has been included on many free submission directory lists.

    Alexa traffic rank is 141,658 http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?url=www.ismip5.com which is really good for a directory.

    All in all this is a perfect directory for someone wanting to get into the directory business, as I said I am thinking of selling this directory so please send me a PM with a bid for it.

    If the right bid comes along then I will sell.
