I was just inquiring about TOS content. I don't really know what should be put in a company's TOS but if anyone would like to suggest some content that is required or most commonly used that would be great. Thank you very much.

I suppose it depends on the nature of your business/service.

For example, you may want to state that by using your service, the user assumes the responsibility of visiting all third-party links and/or purchasing from third-party web sites. You may also want to state that a condition for using your web site is that the user agrees to abide by the terms of service and that if he does not agree, he may not use your website.

Look at other sites' terms of service. Copyright law does not protect ideas or concepts, so you may be able to gain a few free ideas by looking at what other people say to get a general idea.

If this is a company we're dealing with, you'd want to search for generic, boiler plate TOS that you could get from some attorney software. If this is a large company, then I'd consult an attorney to be safe.

Simply look at your competitors' TOS pages, tweak them a little and use it.

We bought one from one company, changed a few words and the spoke with an attorney to make sure it covered our bases and everything was OK.
