I was just reading the TOS of Adsense and it says you can have adsense combined with other ad networks, as long as the ads of the other network DIFFER ENOUGH and cannot be confused with google ads... Well this is kinda vague... If google adsense provides a 728*90 banner and another network like tribal fusion provides a 728*90 banner, arent they exactly the same for the end-user of the site? It's confusing, anyone know what they mean exactly? Is it only colors or also size and such?
it is true that if the ads are not confusingly similar, you can use them both. not sure about tribal fusion, but in the canse of chitika which is also contextual ads, you can use them both on the same site and same page. even tho they are both 728*90 ads.
