    Hi Guys,

    Selling off one of my adsense sites that needs a little bit more love. As you can see I have not touched the site in like 6 months but the traffic and revenue has remained steady during this period.

    It is a blog about Newcastle (a city in Australia) and has 700+ visitors/mth from search engines. There is not a whole lot of content or effort from my part but you can buy it as a nice passive income or put some real effort into it and increase the revenue. I have attached screenshots and if you are really keen I can provide analytics access.
