What im selling:

1. Domain name with regestred 21/08/2017.
2. The source code that is devised to two pats: the search engine and the scraper.
3. The Cloud Server (hosted in offshore location (switzerland), 4 Cores @ 3.0 GHz, 4 GB RAM) with payed invoice until 18 october.

Why are you selling this site?
I do not have ressource to operate it anymore.

How is it monetized?
This a starter site, for instant i just added donate link with bitcoin, but with growing trafic, there many possiblilities to monitise using banners and popunders(i recommend for monitising: www.exoclick.com, www.popads.net and ad-center.com).

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
No, you don't need social media with this type of website.

How much time does this site take to run?
basically everything is automated, From torrent scraping to metainfo update(seeders, leechers...), categorising, delete non fonctionnel torrent. so in technical level, it doesn't require any time.
The Seo is pretty good, i have added some backlinks and all indices are good in search console.
but in auther side there is small work with promotion (forums...).

What challenges are there with running this site?
The challenge for me is to pay the server pending that it will be rentable. server cost 39 dollars per month.
