Torrent uploader

    I'm looking for someone who could be able to make an application for me, doesn't matter what language as long as it works with Windows system.

    I need an application which could check a folder every X minutes for new folders(releases) then automatically make a torrent and upload it to tbsource based torrent site with correct category and original NFO including in release, BUT, stripped all the ASCII code. The category could be determined by using different folders, for movies/tv/games. After all that re-download the torrent and start seeding it(utorrent!).

    Please, if you don't have any idea what I'm talking about, don't bother..I need someone who either knows how this works or have had experience before with this. Thanks.
