    Notes:

    - I have looked around, and I have not seen any good legal bittorrent sites, so I would like to see this site set up and provide a useful service to the public, my plan was to contact apps companies and ask them if they would be willing to have an account with the bit torrent tracker. This would be an easy way to promote the site as it would provide good strong links from software companies.



    Revenue:
    - Adsense , or similar banner exchange.
    - Provide reviews for the files that are being distributed over the torrent network.
    - Donations function on the site.

    Hosting:

    - Currently the site is hosted on my hosting account, and currently uses little bandwidth.
    - I can host the site if necessary for $5 a month.
