Selling Torrent search engine - 1.5 years old with traffic - super cheap!

    The site uses a customized licensed torrent search engine script. It is always up to date (automatically) and is really great!
    We get around 100-150 unique visitors a day and brings in a low passive revenue (about 10-20$ a month max).

    We had no time to promote or enhance it but with slight effort you can make it boom quickly.

    We are fire selling many of our sites due to a need to focus on 2-3 major ones we are working on. You can really catch this one for a steal price if you hurry up as we spend about twice on buying and enhancing it when we first bought it (about a year ago).

    what is the main source of revenue? how come the site is still PR0? get penalty from google?

    Main revenue is adsense (we have no other rev source on this site).
    PR0 as we did not build links to it. We NEVER got penalized by Google (check).
    All traffic is organic from SE-s.
