Buying Torrent downloader & uploader

    Hi I'm looking for someone to create this script that will be run on linux centos

    1. Auto Download torrents from this tracker http://tokyotosho.info/rss.php?filter=1
    2. Upload files to fileserve using account
    3. Create a page on drupal and posts links
    4. Delete file and repeat steps 1-4

    Please post price & time length
