Hi, I am looking for a programmer who is capable of building a stable Torrent client similar to uTorrent. Primary Specs. 1. Client Must be small install - (less than 1 Mb) 2. Web based UI if possible 3. Possible media player built in but not essential This will be an ongoing role with new features being added all the time so continual work and payments as consistant with the time spent on development. PRICE - negotiable but we are not ruling out paying in the $ 000's to the right programmer. ALSO - as this will be an ongoing development role it is important that we can establish a good understanding in communication and a solid working relationship.
