Selling Toronto Classified site - No reserve

Moving to a smaller host so we have a few sites left that we must sell as there is no room for them on the new host account.

Here we have a Classified site for sale (Usedtoronto.info).

Site is Word Press CMS based with several good plugins loaded. The theme is a licensed Classipress premium wordpress theme ($99 value).
Site has latest version of Wordpress & Classipress and all plugins are up to date. The site has a nice clean look with custom logo and is very easy to use, manage and run.

Domain is with Godaddy.com and will push the domain to any Godaddy account (free). Domain is not new (been sitting on our server waiting) but site is rather new and has not had much done to it, no revenue to claim, adsence can be added to site or you can charge for banners or premium posts, traffic is currently around to 30 to 60 uniques per month.

There are about 40 users currently registered to the site It is a pretty nice starter site that is easy to run for someone to build upon.
