t'orite y'all just wondering if everyone here knows loads about computers and websites and the likes. or is there anyone outhere like me and find alot of wots being said in the threads goes way way over there heads cos iv'e gone dizzy from keep looking up!
hi there ive noticed its a very varied culture based site, where are most of the viewers based? is it America or Uk cos everyone talks in english.
Welcome to DP inotelvis! Dangerous? Not really, though certain topics can be... like threads about reputation points (those little green/red boxes under your post count) and threads that ask when the next Google update is (someone always asks so really you never have to). The population is mostly US/Canada & UK/Ireland from what I've seen though there is a nice Aussie population as well as a growing base from India. You can see everyone on the user mapthat Shawn just made. To answer your original question, there are some people who don't even work on websites in any form or fashion, they're just here for the fun and camaraderie. The prime example of this is Mella. She pretty much just hangs out in General Chat, but we always have lots of fun... and after awhile you find yourself in General Chat more and more often... which isn't always a good thing when you have work to get done.
