Topsites/Toplist Script?

I'm looking for a topsites/toplist script that is free (or paid if its very good), has a good admin panel, and can be customized (theme/ads). Any help or recommendations will be great. Id like for the script to be updated every so often too if possible.

I too have been looking for a good script - there seems to be a shortage of decent scripts

 

What is your budget on a custom toplist / topsite script?

I cloned to a t the old apex top site and added in new features as well and everything is controlled via the admin panel.

every inch of this is custom coded and designed.

taking offers via PM only.. it has only been sold 1 other time without resale rights, and can not be sold to anyone else. this way to stop from it being sold all over the net.
there was a great of money spent in building it. and I wont sell to just anyone. feel free tomake me an offer via PM.

Can be licensed for 500.00 per site. or 1250.00 to run on as many sites as you like.
