    Sorry you think that, however I disagree. This domain can easily be used to create a blog with tutorials for topsites / toplists. As many of you know, any tutorial site with a strong domain and rich content results in good revenue. I'm in a position where I can't take advantage of that system due to time, I have spread myself thin and need to focus on the projects that I find most interesting to my personal tastes. The price may be too high by your standards, but anyone who sees the potential in this domain will understand that the price is perfect. Thanks for your input.
