Topsite script modifcation needed

    Hey guys - I'm running http://www.phpfaber.org/topsites/. Its a free topsite script. The registration form is the usual: name, email, site, banner url etc.

    I was wondering if any1 is interested in helping me customize it bit. All I wana do is: instead of having an input field for the banner url, I'd like the member to be able to upload a banner... Seems simple enough - seems..lol

    If any1 is confident they can do that - please reply/PM with your price, examples of your work, and a timeframe.
