I know most of the members are having proxy sites or proxy topsites. So I am in the way to collect all the topsites under one thread so that users can add their site to it more easily. I'm not sure of the technology, but basically it enables you to surf through another portal. It's used by kids at school and people at work who's web usage is monitored, they can just go through a proxy and nobody can tell what they are doing. I think it's also used by forum spammers, i.e. they log in through this so even if you ban their IP ut's different the next time anyway.
