Topseos.com Lead Problem

We invested like $2100 with topseos.com

Their promise was to deliver verified lead to us

Somehow we found that their leads are very bad quality and not even they responding to the quotations we have sent them.

While performing calling to their leads we found them most of the senders are actually don't work with them or people from the company don't know who send these inquiries.

Bottom line is that our investments with them are not working out since leads are not responding and with their non refunding policy we are not able to get this big amount back to us.

Can anyone here tell me if there are some laws that regulates with quality of service delivery since they are sending leads but they are not answering for months to our quotations. How can better business bureau or any other fraud control organization can help us.

 

Better Business Bureau isn't going to help much because it sounds like this a fly by night organization. Unlikely the police/anti fraud organizations will do anything either, but it doesn't hurt to try. Your only real method of retribution is to take them to civil court, you have to figure out if that is worth your time/money though.
