Feedback Topic title, as displayed in the opening post

    Hi.

I noticed the topic title displays right above the opening post, in large, bold text, and without a divider. I was wondering if I may be informed on how to do this (if it's alright); I am still quite the novice with vB. I did a search in this section (using key phrases such as "topic title" and "opening post") to try to find the answer myself, but I think I'm just really bad at looking for stuff.

    Regards,

    Kevin

Any time a member clicks post new thread option, member will find a form with input fields title and message.

Thanks for the quick reply, Smyrl. I understand that, though. I should have done a better job explaining what I mean.

Here's a screen shot of the topic title in an opening post at vBulletin org:

In contrast, here's how it looks at Digital Point:

I already know how to remove the divider, so what I'm interested in is how to indent, bold, and increase the font size of the topic title, as it appears in the opening post area. The reason I'm interested is that I run my own forum. I suppose I should pose this question to the administrator personally, since he's the one who does the coding on this site? Also, I hope I didn't make the wrong judgment in posting the question in this section.

    Regards,

    Kevin

It is probably a difference in the CSS used on the forums. As you said, only Shawn can address formatting for this forum but I am sure you can modify the CSS.

    Hi.

I hope you don't mind me reviving this topic. I found an answer to my question! That said, I wish to share it here, in case anyone at DP shall want to know it, too, and searches the feedback section of this forum for it. In order to save time explaining, I'll just quote the member from another forum who gave me the answer:

Also, in order to add a line break above and below the topic title, include "<br />" tags before the opening and closing "<div>" tags that surround the replacement code quoted above.

    Regards,

    Kevin
