The domain, content and everything else you see is for sale.

    http://www.topfamouspeople.com/

I don't have any adsense channel configured so I don't know how much the adsense revenue is. The domain is registered on 2006 and expires Jan 2008, that's 1 year ahead.

I didn't have time to promote it, but according to awstats I get around 5-20 people a day on average. If you're interested, PM me your asking price and I'll consider it. I don't have any price i'm looking for, just drop me a pm and we'll talk. Any questions? ask here.

    thanks

Why not post your awstats for us all to see. Do you have any unique content, or is it all taken from wikipedia ( I only looked at one person and the info was c&p from wikipedia)?

You say the site is 2 years old, but it was regged in 2006? Please clarify.

Would need to see AWSTATS for:
    - Referrals (nov and dec 2006)
    - All Stats for 2006 (the first portion of your awstats gives a graph of this)

Please PM me or post the information above, along with a asking price.

    Linda.

Sorry, i've just realized the mistake. It is over 1 year old, not 2 years.

Ref stats for nov 06 dec 07, and stats for 2006.

There is no asking price. I have had an offer for $55 via pm, if anyone offers a higher price, i'll accept and sell, otherwise i'm selling it for $55 to the private bidder within 24 hours.

By the way it's a PR3. For those of you who do not know about Pagerank, look up on it. -- And thanks for whoever gave me that rep ;).

I posted this yesterday which said I'm ending it in 24 hours, but I soppose it was a confusing message.

I'll tell you what, 24 hours from now is when the auction ends -- This will make the auction fair. Sorry akula, it's unfair for the rest of them.

kebrit asked what CMS the site used and here's the answer:
The website doesn't use any special CMS at all, in fact, it is all manual files. The only thing that is automatic is the ability to change the adsense and the navigation which is done by "php include file". Who wins shouldn't concentrate on the current site/files but maybe to get a new system on board with a wiki style so users can add/edit etc. This should do well for search engines and visitors. The domain has age so SEO wouldn't be too difficult.

Edit: I have sold the website/domain off in a private deal thru PM. Sorry for all those who were interested.
