To all guys, You should watch out for this scam network!

I heard them on digitalpoint at first, they claimed that they pay biweekly which seemed attractive to me. I signed up and got approved, promoted his a few edu offers for over $500, the owner reached me claiming that his advertiser complained about my traffic that were blank referral, it looked suspicious and they refused to pay me. They could provide me a detailed report on my leads/traffic, they just refused to pay!

Here the interesting story came. The owner reached me with his proposal. He said he
trusted me that all my leads were legit, but he could not pay me coz advertiser did not pay him. He wanted me to continue promoting his offers and he would add 50% of my total commissions as compensation. He also moved me to weekly in order to gain my trust.

I was so stupid enough to trust this fucker again, I sent him traffic again, made about
$130, was supposed to be paid this monday, this scammer claimed he got another compliant from advertiser. No more info was given, my account was banned. I tried to email him a few times, he ignored all of them. I used a new AIM handle to contact him, he blocked me immediately after I told him my name.

I know my leads/traffic are legit coz I’m sending the same to 3 other major networks, all paid without any problems. This is the only network that gives me shit fucking reason to scam me.

The owner is from PH, he can not even speak english well, runs his scam network brokering most of his offers from yeahcpa.com(which is now a “well-known” network). This is the worst experience I have ever had with a network. You guys should be aware of this son of a bitch.

I know you are devastated for what happened but you know I've been so good to you regarding the support. By agreeing to team up with you again, I gave you my word that if everything goes well and if your leads are in top quality, you will get paid. I told you I will be giving you 50% more on your total payout if only you give me quality leads. But somehow, you failed me again. Isn't it quite mysterious why the new Advertiser is complaining for your leads. And only your leads?

One main problem why affiliates are having a hard time getting paid is that they never read the Terms and Conditions of the network. It is stated there that if an Affiliate failed to give legit leads, he will get banned and will NOT get paid. On our second venture I reinstated your account because you kept bugging me. That shows that I still cared because I told you I've never heard from the Advertisers. I also told you that if I'm gonna reinstate your account, you have to promise you're going to give legit leads.

You converted leads on thursday to sunday and you demanded that you should get paid. But we talked about this that weekly payments must be the next monday since I HAVE TO SCAN ALL THE LEADS YOU CONVERTED. What's it for me if you generated fraud leads again? Yet the new advertiser complained so i had to re-block your account. I sent you an email nicely on what your promotional methods are yet you keep on changing the subject. So i thought that there's no use anymore.

You caused me $60k of leads and you only generated $150. I should be more devastated because I had to pay MY LEGIT AFFILIATES out of my own pocket.

Top Scam Network.. Never paid me of my March Payment. Be aware of this pokeman RV.. Here is my Amazing Story

I signed up early in march after reviewing TopDuke at afiliatepaying and sent him little traffic in top converting dating offers.. Once have chance to talk to this RV and he assured me pay via western union at $200 threshold according to Net30 policy.. while doing work in march Network notified that all publishers running dating offers will be paid at 15 April Said by Advertiser.. I the end of march, I received my march payment invoice in my account.. everything was going smooth.. according to RV (Affiliates are paid automatically as long as they received their invoices) mentioned in facebook group of topduke private Network.. I emailed Rv on 2nd April to send him my W8 and Western Union detail.. He replied at 5 April that ( Don,t you have PayPal Account) I just have replied that PayPal does not support my Country and Pay me via western Union as you promised me in the beginning.. Then RV never Replied.. I just review this Scan network at Affiliatepaying in eary May and all affiliates working at TopDuke was disappointed.. No one received payment nor response.. Suddenly when I tried to login my account it was blocked without any notice.. I posted this to affiliatepaying at 14 May and Rv replied at 16 May that I was sending proxy leads to his offers and one of big Advertiser seize corporation with RV.. lol.. You are kidding to me ???
All offers that are ran to your Network were alive and working well til 12 May 2011.. while my account was blocked I personally contacted to active affiliate at Topduke and I was shocked to hear that all dating offers are active and alive till now.. no offer is removed ..
We are not stupid to only hear this line said by all scam networks that my leads were bogus and Advertiser seize corporation with Network.. if Advertiser has seize corporation with you then why offers are running alive?? You want to be fool once more from Advertiser??? lol
No one has been paid in the period of April and May..

I have experience with this network as I am currently an advertiser who is not able to get any advertising from this network, specifically the person called RV Vallo, so-called CEO of TopDuke.com. Here is my detailed story with this network so far to date:

As I mentioned above, I am an advertiser with TopDuke. That is to say, I signed up to be an advertiser with TopDuke and then sent him $1,500 to pay publishers for traffic they send to my offer. However, to date, I have not one conversion to my offer program and RV Vallo won’t even answer any of my email requests. It is now going on 3 months since I sent him the funds to pay affiliates, but no affiliates are being paid since I am not getting the conversions he promised me before I signed up to be an advertiser. Any clicks I did get to my program resulted in fake 404 Error Page Not Found traffic which never even made it to my conversion landing page. He still will not reply to any of my emails. I have kindly asked him to refund my deposit if he will not fulfill his promise of leads to my offer and program, but he still will not reply. I cannot tell you now how many emails I have sent to him for assistance with not even an auto-reply. It is unconscionable and monstrous to take someone’s money and then not even have the decency to reply to their emails for help in fixing their program. Run from this CPA network. He may even be running a Ponzi scheme by taking advertiser funds and then only paying some of those funds to affiliates, while keeping the balance, even though traffic affiliates send may be indeed be valid. He is very shady, and I am sorry for making the dumb mistake of sending him funds without knowing more about his company. Just stay away from him and do not make the same mistake I did by sending funds to be an advertiser. I will keep you updated if anything changes with my program or if he emails me at all. Just for clarification, I am and “advertiser” and not a “publisher” with his company. I will update this threat if anything changes, or if he gets back to me with any details about my offer program.
