    Howdy DP,

    I need to raise some quick cash so this might be your opportunity to grab a valuable asset. My site top10myspace.com has been a very good addition to my existing proxy and myspace resource site network. I have had A LOT of success with this site pulling in google traffic for search terms related to "myspace proxy" and other myspace profile search terms in turn i've profited from either ad clicks or distributing traffic within my network. Another great thing about this site is that its well over a year old and google is really giving it some authority link love and the domain is registered via namecheap and they have free domain push and free whois protection as well... I really, really hate to let this site go but tax time is in full force and you all know how that goes.

    Revenue has come in via Yahoo Publisher Network and from selling text links. Link spots are located at the top of the page underneath the header graphic I have sold spots for $15-$30 per year and currently do have 2 spots that I can make available the other links have been comited to for the year and I am requesting that the new owner full fill that commitment this can and will lead to new sales. If you are really serious I can show referal stats that show just how much traffic this is sending my sites within my network.

    okay I am lowering the BIN to $800 this is a great domain name and I forgot to mention its page rank is 4.

    hmmm I really dont want to do this but lowering BIN to $700... there must be someone out there that wants to take this site off my hands and bring it to the next level.....:cool:
