Top Webhosting site script...

    Dear member,

    I search alot on google but can't find a reliable script for my site. I am looking to create a topsite listing based on the user rating and member rating alongwith the hits they are getting.

    This will be just webhosting top site.

    Anyone here know about such script ?? Not justthe normal topsite script please. If anyone can customise / make one for me, I am also ready to pay.
