    Hello,

    Is there anyway to top up a paypal account using my credit that is on my mobile phone carrier account? For example pay by sms or by calling? I want this for only my personal credit, not for a store.

    I doubt there is a way. Paypal got very strict rules for its payments. Payments from phones cant really be tracked back to the real person, theoretically allowing money laundering, so pretty sure any service like this will violate Paypal's rules and so could get your account and money locked.
