Selling Top Tier domain - Twilight niche - Movie site - $6000 profit in 2009

First off, this is more of a feeler than anything else. Trying to gauge whether it's worth it to sell or if I should just keep it. If the price is right I will sell, but I'm not under any pressure to sell. I will try to be as accurate as possible in describing the site:

Up for sale is one of the first twilight movie watching sites. It's one of the best domains for the watch the movie online niche. During 2009 the site brought in around $6,000. $3,400 of that was from two months during which the original twilight movie was in theaters and in between rental shops. That's $1,700 a month for doing absolutely nothing.

There were no costs besides domain name registration $9.00 and shared hosting $90.00-$110.00

Back in it's prime it was number one on Google for keyword "Watch Twilight Online" which brought in the majority of the traffic. It also enjoyed an Authoritative status from Google (Having the many sub-links on the front page under the main listing).

Site generates money mostly via CPA Lead. Although it did generate some from adsense during the beginning. I have been busy with a new job and haven't been able to maintain the site or do anything related to the site. It has fallen from its #1 spot due to the lack of maintenance and traffic/earnings have drooped off during the lack of updates/maintenance. Site now gets about 300 visitors a month and earnings are negligible (aprox $10.00 a month).

The potential for this site is ridiculous, with a little content and a some backlinks it could once again reach #1 for the extremely lucrative "Watch Twilight Online". As many of you know, Twilight has turned into a mega sensation, during new moon it wasn't uncommon for sites at the top of Google to make $1,500 a day!

With the newest twilight set to hit theaters soon, don't miss out on this opportunity! Not going to show proof unless bidders appear serious. Seems like most of the time it's just people with no intention of buying.
