Well the reason I mentioned localization in different countries can be related to the specific condition in each country. For example in my country , Iran, a company similar to Groupon (http://netbarg.com) is making huge money because Iran is under the United States trade sanctions. Just check their alexa rank and imagine what a huge traffic they receive everyday. Another example is www.aparat.com which is something like https://www.youtube.com because Youtube is filtered here in Iran.

But today in my countries there is hope for ceasing sanctions, so big online money makers can make much more if they capture Iran's market. That is why I think people should share their experiences to expand their businesses online.
