Hey thanks subzero for reminding me of isnare. The only reason I left isnare was that it used to allow only one resource link that too without link text. But I just checked the site again. It seems it now allows multiple anchor links !! . I need to check it further. If it really allows multiple anchor links it would very well make it to my fav list too.
My top 10 list are the ones that come up when you search Google fo "article submission sites". Those are the ones that will give you most benefit.

EzineArticles.com is on the top of my list and they get every article I submit to the article directories. After that, Search Warp, Article Dashboard, Article City, Go Articles and some smaller sites may also get what I write.
