Do you have any Web design experience of your own? What are your goals for your site? You may be able to get much better results from designing it yourself. Even if you have no previous experience, it's not that hard.

I know this is not answering you question, but DirectMail.com has about 40 to 50 different designs and are very professional. They can also do printing and mailing, and have excellent list brokers. Good Luck
I would check out http://www.WebsiteTemplates247.com They have some really nicely coded templates there for much cheaper than other template sites.
