    Here is a list of “Indian SEO” techniques that are utter garbage, to be avoided, and can even hurt your site after Penguin:

    free web directory submission
    blog commenting
    forum posting
    submission to free article sites like ezinearticles
    extensive social bookmarking

    Seriously, do not practice these.

    Do not worry about these low level activities. They are mostly practiced and recommended by Indian SEOs who lost a clue in 2006 and have not found it since. In 2013, people who recommend this junk should not be giving advice in this forum.
