Ive recently been approached by a top stumbler who said he would stumble my site but for a fee. Ive come to realise that the guy is probably just scamming me for some bucks.

But it got me to thinking how much would a stumble from a top stumbler be worth?

Top stumbler? What are his stats? Do you mind exposing in a way like 10k+, 9k+ or 30k+? It determines how powerful his status in SU. Also, you must read his profile whether he leaves contributing reviews as if someone else gives his reviews a thumbs up for helpfulness, it will help as well.

The number of one way fans (not mutual fans) is valuable to be included as part of your evaluation.

It really depends on the definition of top stumbler. There are stumblers with over 100,000 stumbles and thousands of friends. A stumble and review from them could be valuable. If they've got 10,000 stumbles and 5 friends and 0 reviews... then not so much. It's not hard to hit the stumble and thumbs up button a thousand times or so a day. It takes a lot more effort to actually weed out the crap and give helpful reviews of the good stuff.
