i have heard about top sites and people say that its good for SEO. Can any one provide me with the list of top sites..and also can any one tell me why its so effective for SEO.
The can help with SEO. I mean but such a fraction. Simply because most top sites have a low PR due to outbound links.
Topsites are out-dated, they use to be great long ago.. as in back in the 1990s! Majority of them do not provide an actual outbound link, most use redirectional scripts or nofollow attributes to prevent spamming. They can provide some different referral traffic, but when it comes to SEO I would not use these in my play book.
Write "unique quality content" that someone would "want" to read and link others too, it's really that simple. My best backlinks come naturally and not from me "trying" to get them ranked.
to get more traffic you have to regularly update your with informative and useful content, but the most important is to be on the first page ranking in google using the very competitive keywords of you niche.

Well what do you mean by Top sites here are lot's of top sites which are working there own stat and expert in there skills and also very famous, if you want to know that then simple thing is go to Google.com and find the best top sites
Article submission will help to bring less traffic. Try to use other link building strategy. Or try to use social bookmarking site.
