    i see that keyword optimization inside the backlink anchor text is the most tip to consider when building the link. can anyone share me my opinion ?

    Yeah, you definitely want to include your keywords in the anchor text if possible.

    You can use Google Adwords Keyword tool (free registration) to get an estimate of traffic and ranking difficulty for a particular keyword, and also get a list of related keywords.
