    I was wondering if there is a list of top search engines for each of these categories?

    Absolutely. There's no list of "top search engines". There are only a handful and we all know them. Google, Yahoo & Bing. I wouldn't bother to submit in others.

    There aren't really any top search engines to submit your Blog, a Forum & a Video to. Submit these to Google, Yahoo, Bing and Ask.
