I think traditional link building/anchor text will remain the most important factor in 2011. Just think about all the crap that you see being passed around on Facebook and Twitter - it's not because it's posted there that it's good. A link that is passed around a lot on Twitter or Facebook has more chance of being sensational or entertaining than informative in my opinion. With that said, social factors could have a larger impact on rankings in 2011, but I don't see Google becoming a sort of social-powered search engine anytime soon.
Social search definitely will be included as part of the ranking factors but I wouldn't discount the anchor text or the importance of building backlinks whatsoever.

Basics remains still the same even in 2011 and also for the future 2012 Probably this year Google finaly wit drop PR and tell it upfront it doesn't mather as i'm sick of all the PR Addictes ....
Basicly , yo get strong Serp on google . we need all look like natural . May be starting by unique content , quality content , link building natural , keep social bookmarking , ... Google love with natural and real interaction like facebook and twitter
social networks just help to get good traffic, for PR google need good quality of links than you get good rank of target keyword.
