Hi, I'm looking for a script that will track incoming hits from my link exchanges and display the top 10 links in a random manner. The script should allow people to submit their links, allow admin to approve it and also track outgoing hits. Let me know if there is such a script out there or not. If you can develop this, let me know how much will it cost. I'm running PHP and Smarty templates, so this script must be able to work on them. Thanks.
friendly advice don't do this, it can be a pain in the ass because you can get targetted by spammers and they can go around and "send fake traffic" so they get a backlink on your site. reasearch more about this before trying to implement it.
