Sports makes you physically fit and attractive , burn the excess calories . Sports also prevents you from getting diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular diseases . You are also sexually more fit since you have more endurance when you do sports .
Yes ,you are right, and doing sports is also a efeective way to mwke me relax on mind and getting along with my family and friends.
I completely agree with you. Sports is the best way to keep our body fit, take a break from our routine ..
That is a fact, that we do need sport, but it is so hard to motivate yourself for really start doing that! I am thinking almost every day about it, but still cannot start doing it. Simply sport is not so easy, it asks for a big motivation for doing that, but when you get over yourself it feels just great! I think that some top reasons could be, that it helps you to feel much better after you have done at least some sport activities, it even helps to work, because your brains have some time for rest and also you made your body stronger with those sport activities, and of course, with regular sport activities, you can lose weight, and that also great reason for doing that!
One of the best reasons for personally competing, is to keep up your fitness which will equal good health and long life
Start pumping iron . For two hours per day you'll get tons of energy , willpower , a hard body and muscles that can bend iron ;D . Just stay far far away from steroids and any other crap that's suppose to give you big muscles in two weeks . That kind of stuff works but it fucks up your body .
Not only to fit yourself physically . There is also a dedication for games and one can play them with that zeal too. Some play games for their passion and to serve their nation too.
I agree, but more importantly, sports keeps your mind fresh, and it keeps you active, brings creativity in your thoughts as well.
There are indeed so many reasons to play sports, on top of just a pure love of the sport you are playing. I used to play rugby and miss it a lot, that team mentality, not to mention the feeling of just tackling some one 5-10' off their feet, but it's not compatible with my primary sport (TKD martial arts). The social aspect is HUGE and I think a lot of people miss out on a positive social situation for teamwork. But beyond that the health and aesthetic benefits are huge, and all the other things people listed. As a martial artist there is also the benefit of actual discipline and confidence, and the ability to defend yourself in truly dangerous and life threatening situations when or if it comes down to it.
