I've been getting good results with AdsDaq. Smowtion is another one I like. If you have good content and high traffic you could always try Burst.
If your traffic is good enough. You should try TribalFusion. I had some great earnings with them, until i sold my website.

You can use their popups, but if you just want to use their banner ads, then you can. They have a number of different sizes are pay some of the best CPM rates from many different CPM networks. I would say these are both 1st tier networks, they always pay on time and are very reputable. You even get some of the larger sites with Alexa ranking of sub 5000 using them for their ad revenue. The only downside is that it's not to easy to get into them, but that's a positive as these networks don't just want any rubbish joining them as that's how they can offer and pay some of the best CPM rates.
Go with smowtion or abrite or both on the same page, they'll give you good revenue. Put the smowtion ads on the top half of your pages and they will gain to you bigger eCPM.
