    I am selling one of my blog ( Fashion / Jewelry ) which has Top Ranking in Google SRP in Asia under very competetive keywords - The domain is 6 years old with many PR1 on subpages .

    1) Number of Pages Indexed by Google:237

    2) Number of backlinks on all search engines : 5k

    3) PR 2 with subpages on PR1 ( It can easily gain PR4 / pr 5 )

    4) All content of blog are unique

    5) The blog has more than thousands of unique vistiors monthly

    ?

    Its hard to get quality PR 4/ PR 5 nowadays, even with lots quality backlinks.

    So please don't overestimated your site which could mislead people here.

    First the all !there are over 5k backlinks exist for this site since 2003 !
    second the all ! I can provide you with documents that It was before PR 4 before the last update due to server down time at the time of Google dance the PR Drop to PR 2 !

    That is what I mentioned above it can easily gain PR 4/5 ! just little more quality backlinks .
