Selling Top Ranked Online Game Blog, 100+ daily visitors and Useful Tools

I'm a retired gamer from the game Dark Age of Camelot(DAoC), an online MMORPG. My site, daocmaps.com was built to provide players with useful tools such as a spellcrafting calculator and http://www.daocmaps.com/weapon-speed-calculator as well as game maps to make adventuring easy.

Dark Age of Camelot is owned by Mythic Entertainment and EASports.com and DAoCMaps is a long running fan site, to remain legal the footer credit must remain in place.

The site is top ranked in Google for relevant terms such as DAoC Maps, daoc spellcraft calculator etc.

I do not have analytics to show because I never installed it but the site gets roughly 100 to 125 unique visitors per day from search engines, no promotion required. My reason for selling is that I no longer play the game. I was contemplating converting it to cover multiple games but have decided to sell it instead.

Earnings are roughly $20 per month from one Google affiliate offer (posters) and adsense (minimal number of units). You could do better if you're willing to add more ways of converting the traffic.

Payment via verified paypal only, payment must clear to my bank before transfer is completed (3-5 days).

Site is 3+ years old and would make a great addition to any gaming portfolio, Good luck.

Also, the delay between funds reaching your bank from paypal is because of the bank not paypal.
As soon as you click transfer, the cash has left your paypal account so no chargebacks etc are possible.
