Hi all! I'm a 20 year old college student (in my sophomore year majoring in music performance) and I've been doing freelance writing since as far back as 2007. I've been doing it online via DP for about a year now and - aside from a couple rough patches - I've found myself to be pretty good at taking clients' specifications and turning them into well written articles that are tailored to both search engines and users. I can do this because my English skills are excellent - even at college level when I have to write essays for elective courses - and I've learned a lot about websites, search engine optimization, and how to use keywords to ensure that an article pops up on Google for the right searches. Additionally, I have my own blog - a guitar blog - that I write all the content for (except when I have an occasional guest post).

    Bottom Line : I know what I'm doing! :)

By the way, have you noticed any spelling or grammar errors in my post so far? No? Me neither. Why? Because I rarely make mistakes like that and I'll be a lot more careful when delivering articles to a paying client than I am when writing a thread on a forum! I know there's a LOT of crap writers on here that don't even speak proper English (or even understandable English) and I want to make sure you get it that I am NOT one of them! See sample paragraph (or two) below on a random topic - let's say picking out a good guitar. :)

Buying Your First Guitar - What to Look For

If it's you're first time buying a guitar, it's probably safe to assume you're not that experienced in playing one. You'll hear a lot of people say you should buy the cheapest one you can get that won't fall apart until you know you're going to stick with it - presumably to avoid you wasting your money. I'm here to tell you that this approach is all wrong and terribly misguided!

First of all, the two big differences between cheap guitars and expensive guitars are tone (the sound you get from it) and playability (how easily you can fret notes, play chords, etc.). The first of these won't affect you much as a beginner since you probably won't even be able to tell the difference (unless you've played other instruments before) but you will, however, notice how much harder it is to play a cheap guitar that isn't designed and set up to be easily played. In fact, a lot of beginners give up completely just because they feel hopeless trying to play a second rate instrument that even a music teacher would struggle to get nice sounds from. With this in mind, let's see if we can figure out how to get a decent quality guitar without investing TOO much money upfront!

    ***END OF SAMPLE***

I just wrote that up on the spot so I won't swear that there aren't any errors but it looks fine to me!

My rate is $0.75 /100 words and I PROMISE this is the best rate you're going to get for content of this quality! Full stop. I've seen the competition here and those that are half as good as I am charge way more. Do us both a favor and hire me ;)

I can research and write on almost any topic (and if I can't do your topic I'll say so from the start and not waste either of our time). You can email me at kaoticnick [at] hotmail [dot] com or add me on Skype at 'kaoticnick' and you can PM me on here of course :)

    Thanks for reading!
