This i probably a rare proposition but im putting my site up for hire. What i mean by this is, you will be able to put up YOUR ads on the site, and you have to maintain the site. Its a video gaming blog, and recieves around 1700 Uniques daily and around 50,000 monthly. So its well visited by gamers. This ISNT an auction to see who will get to hire it, its a proposition to all of you. You wont be buying the site, just hiring it out. Im looking for a reliable person who knows English well and can write articles. Whoever is choosen will have there ads put up all over the site. They will also run the site. A minimum of 10 VIDEO GAMING articles a week will be required from whoever is choosen to maintain the site. You keep all revenue from the ads. The more articles you put in then the more revenue you will generate. Ads can be placed along left or right columns and under the articles. And even just under the header. This is a medium term proposition for 6 Months. You MUST submit a minimum of 10 articles a week and they must all be written by you and not copyrighted otherwise this is a breach of "contract" and we will remove your ads from the site and end it there. You dont change any site coding/templates, we maintain all of that, all you do is add articles and sit back and let all the revenue come in. Site is here And the site has been running for a year now. Its because of personal circumstances i dont have time to run it and im not willing to sell it. During these 6 months, i aim to ge the site over 2000/2500 uniques daily if not more. You can also Sell up to 7 Link spaces a month Maximum on the site any money made you keep. All that would happen is tell me what link goes up and i put it into the site to display sitewide and you keep the money. (I made around $100 from 5 Link sales alone this month). Regards
Also i would like to add/emphasise that you keep all revenue made from your adsense account and any Link sales. I've had one person interested in this, anyone else? Basically you would become a Manager for the site, like a manager in a store. You can write the articles yourself or with the revenue you make you can hire staff to write the articles and keep the profit yourself. This month i made $120 woth 5 link sales, you will be allowed maximum of 7 links on the site for sale, you keep all money made from it. You just have to make sure you add 10 new video gaming articles a week with latest news.
