Top Paying CPM Networks

Yes, Underdog Media does pay. You can set your own cpm rates, but the higher the cpm is the lower the fill rate is. You need to use 2 ad network while using them, since they don't have 100% fill rate.

 

find it useful. You provided CPM networks in comperative mode. May be ranking differ in other persons view but still the list is good.

 

Some of the ad networks on the list are rated incorrectly in may point of view, but thanks for the list too.

 

I have accounts with:

1. COPEAC
2. NeverBlue
3. Hydra
4. Azoogle Ads

For me NeverBlue is my favorite. The account managers are really helpful and
they really keep you up with what's going on.

I mainly do zip & email submits.
