Top Paying CPM Network?

Im looking for a top paying CPM network, that pays per click and CPM, but i want over 30 cents CPM. I get over 3000 visitors per month, and rising, only been up 30 days or so.

Burst wont accept because, they have to many people in my niche.

You want to earn more than $0.30 eCPM? Google AdSense could get you that easily.

 

No, because my visitors are stubborn and don't click ads lol. My CTR is around %0.60

So im leaning towards more CPM networks, google pays me about 5 cents per thousand, even though the eCPM says over 2 dollars..

Anyways

Im applying to CPX Interactive, hope i get in.

Im also picky, im looking for a company that pays paypal, instead of cheque.

I think moregamers.com has a cpm program. On the hompage, the flash presentation says up to $1.30 ecpm.

moregamers, is a pain in the but too.. I dont see how there paying, its all about exchanging, they never even asked for my address or paypal.

God, adsense sucks for CPM unless people click ads, any others lol.
What about axill.com atleast they pay per lead + CPM
