I don't get it - you asked about "affiliate programs", but the OP said "ShareASale", which is an affiliate network. The difference is simple, SAS aggregates offers from multiple affiliate programs. The question which program pays more isn't relevant. Forex programs or Casino programs pay most, sometimes hundreds of $$$, but your conversion rate is so incredibly low, you'll be hard-pressed to earn that commission. On the other hand, something as simple as sharing a free-to-play (freemium) browser game, can net ยข off of each conversion, but you'd have SO many conversions, it will easily beat the highest paying offer. That chase to find a sweet spot is further limited (at least initially) by your chosen niche. So, maybe you produce the best content around a specific topic, maybe you review books on your blog. BestBuy's affiliate program won't help you there, at least not as much as a program from an ebook store.
Our 2 tier affiliate program pays $100 recurring commissions for tier 1 and $25 recurring commissions for tier 2. If anyone is interested in signing up you can here http://www.socialbubbler.com/best-affiliate-program/ Sohom: Also, Bing Ads is a great way to promote affiliate programs since they allow redirects/forwarding to landing pages etc unlike Google Adwords where the restrictions are stringent. Plus, the cost per click in Bing Ads ranges from .05 - .35. What I've done for promoting other products is register a .biz domain since its more cost effective and then forward it to my affiliate url.

I prefer mostly Amazon Associates because they are more reliable then Google and Clickbank ect... I don't ever have to worry about my account getting banned and it is a great affiliate program as well.
i've tried CJ, clickbank, share-a-sale, in my opinion, they don't work that well. Direct affiliate programs are best. Out of all programs, I've tried this is the best one: ResumeRobin.com Affiliate Program It literally converts better than Adsense.
This one is my highest paying affiliate program http://www.topnetworkersgroup.com/wun/presentation/ - I like Amazon, Clickbank, and Share-A-Sale due to all of the variety but sometimes I need more coming in; I also appreciate the education on how to market the affiliates I like, that I get from an educational (SEO, and Internet Marketing) affiliate program http://www.topnetworkersgroup.com/l1/ - which teaches me how to improve my skills; while paying me on referrals that want to improve along with me.
I have tried Amazon earlier but did not have good result. I still wonder how people make a lot of money through affiliate marketing. I need to do something extraordinary to earn some Affiliate money from Affiliate programs.
Clickbank, hostgator and aweber are my top earners. Aweber doesn't pay a lot but I am still earning commissions from ebooks that I wrote in 2008!
I have just started for the affiliate program. but as a vendor, not as a publisher. Can someone tell me that which affiliate network is big profitable to sale my SEO services?
