Top Paying Adword lists really work? or Hoax

    If you do a google search for top paying keywords you will come up with a list that is topped with mesothelioma cancer or DUI lawyers, has anyone actually built a site around these "Top paying keywords" and gotten a click for the $60-100 that thes sites report?

    I will keep my response simple – look for keywords that have the highest budget (cost/day), rather than the term’s CPC (cost/click). There are certain keywords, such as ‘insurance,’ that receive nearly $900,000 from advertisers on a daily basis. Hence, focus on advertisers’ budget and the most profitable keywords, rather than the highest earning click. This is just my perspective, and I'm sure others' opinion(s) may differ.
