I am in need of a GREAT user interface designer for a highly-trafficked technology site. The site uses a lot of text, so I need someone that can organize it and present it efficiently. You don't need to necessarily code in html or css, just photoshop designs are enough. We can be as competetive as need be with the cost, but again I need a GREAT UI designer.
