Selling Top MMA Site for Sale

OK, this is a top notch site that we launched in October. We spent significant time coding and providing content but my main content author bailed out and that is the absolute only reason I am selling.

Since October we have made approximately $210 from MMA Warehouse as an affiliate but are partnered with the top three in the business.

We are also affiliate with the top 5 (in our opinion) online sportsbooks that handle MMA. The most significant is Bodog as they do not normally accept many new sites. It took some serious back and forth discussion but they liked the site and let us in. We will do our best to hand over these affiliations - again it was with the site so I dont see an issue.

There is currently $100 or so in that account. We have 5 players as of the last time I checked which you get a percentage of their losses.

The real bread and butter here (since the current revenue doesnt fully justify the requested sale) is the code behind the site. It runs on WordPress but has additional tables built it to run the store, some scripts that run to auto fix since you are importing from 3 stores, and SEO package I created to allow you to enter keywords and it auto links them without any manual effort anywhere on the site (and limits it to no more than 5 links per article - even if there are hardcoded links already!).

We have embedded Wikis, a full fighter database with thousands of fighters and all of the events and results going back to UFC1, Pride, Strikeforce etc. There is a full admin console for administration of this valuable data. The data alone will save hundreds if not thousands in data entry costs.

We have an admin for MMA TV entries. The site currently is PR3 and has since its first ranking. It has several PR1, PR2 pages and has 298 pages indexed in Google. It has about 10-20 thousand possible pages.

This is a real bargain at this price. Payment via PayPal or escrow.

I am offering this on DP because I am a long time member but if I can not get this price here I will surely get it elsewhere so now low ballers - just stay away if you are not serious.
