I am wondering, what are the top marketing mistakes and have you made some of them yourself? I'll tell you what I think is my top 3 marketing mistakes, and I think that they might be among the top as well. Focus When I first started with Internet Marketing, I received e-mails with new offers all the time, and new companies presented their money making opportunities, and I jumped on every new opportunity out there. I tried them for a few weeks, and if I didn't make any money, I jumped to the next one. Now, I think it's very important to stay focused on a few opportunities and learn how to use them (try to be the best at them), and spend your time on them instead of all the new Internet marketing systems. Free When I started, I thought that everything was free. I didn't want to spend a dime on marketing, and everything I was doing was free. I spend many hours, doing stuff that didn't work, and I think it was all because I only focused on free marketing techniques. Easy I thought it would be really easy to do Internet marketing and to earn money at affiliate marketing, and to get thousands of people to watch my advertisements (remember I did only free marketing techniques). When I didn't get the results I wanted, I just quit, because I thought I had just picked the wrong company to promote.
