Bug "Top" link in bottom right of page doesn't work in Chrome

    If I click on the "Top" link at the bottom of the page in a thread or in a forum, it appends #navigation to the end of the URL but doesn't ever scroll to the top.

    I'm using Win7 x64 with Chrome.
