Top level vs. subdomains.

    Do top level domains rank better than subdomains?

    ie domainname.co.uk is better than uk.domainname.com

    I'm not convinced it makes that big a difference except in localised search results.

    Any thoughts?

    Nope basically.

    Google will treat them as seperately as domain1.com and domain2.com!
