Top keywords and contents

    Hi i have tried top keywords in my website and have seen it's instant effect. What I am not sure is can I just add all the Top 100 keywords for Adsense into my website even if I have no contents that has any relevance to the keyword?

    It will be MFA if you put top100 keyword for no decent reason
